Jerry Molefe is the founder member of Success HR Solutions. Success HR Solutions was established in 2004.

HR Executive position at Werksmans, a leading corporate and commercial law firm in Sandton
HR Manager: Africa at Afrox.
Regional HR Manager at Woolworths and Universal Product Networks (UPN), a retail company and its supply chain networks in Gauteng.
Senior Employee Relations Practitioner at Nissan South Africa, a motor manufacturing company based in Rosslyn, Pretoria.
HR Manager at Crown Cork, a high speed production company based in, Johannesburg.
HR Manager at Northwest Transport Investments, a passenger transport company in the North West Province.

Jerry has the following academic qualifications:
BCom Honours Degree (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) from the University of Johannesburg;
BTech Degree (HR Management) from UNISA;
Diploma in Personnel Management from the Institute of People Management (IPM);
Leadership Development Programme Certificate from the Wits Business School;

He is registered with the South African Board for PeoplePractice (SABPP) as a Chartered HR Practitioner (Generalist) and is also a mentor. He is a previous Board member of the Institute of People Management (IPM) and also has memberships of several other professional institutions.

His area of expertise is the formulation and execution of HR strategy and the alignment of the HR and the business strategies. Other focus areas include HR capacity building, employee engagement, talent strategies, recruitment, coaching and mentoring, training and development, and performance management. He is a seasoned process and learning facilitator.
